Membership in MnDACA, one of the state’s largest provider groups, is open to:

Members gain a voice in Minnesota policy discussions and stay current on new developments in the field, including changes in regulations and allowable rates for services.
Information and communication
The “News & Review” newsletter keeps organizations in the know and the “Legislative Update” keeps members up to date when the Minnesota Legislature is in session. Other communications report on the activities and programs of members across the state.
Technical assistance
Together with administrative support and outreach activities, services are made available to organizations that convey industry and member positions to broader publics.
Conferences and seminars
MnDACA provides an ideal opportunity to exchange information with informative presentations and training and recognition for exemplary organizations, programs and industry leaders and staff.
Government affairs
MnDACA works cooperatively with the state, county and federal governments, and other advocacy and provider groups in support of its members. Services are designed to shape and promote public policy that impacts DT&H programs. Considerable effort and attention is given to the development and implementation of government rules and regulations that affect program administration and service delivery.
